Can I do repairs myself?
We highly recommend that you use professional vendors that have been vetted for professionalism, timeliness, and have the proper licensing to mitigate your risk. But if you like to do your own repairs, we will discuss the best process to use with you.
Should I accept pets?

Do you handle evictions?
We do handle evictions. While evictions are not wanted by anybody, they do sometimes happen. We ensure all evictions are in compliance legally.
